'Nammude Kozhikode' is a developmental governance innovation initiative led by the District Administration and Local Self Governments under District Collector Srisram Sambasiva Rao IAS. It focuses on seamless end-to-end service delivery, empowering citizens by fostering collaboration, transparency, and public participation in governance. This initiative aims to co-create services and build a prosperous, inclusive district through innovative solutions and active community involvement.
'Nammude Kozhikode' exemplifies good governance by placing citizens at the heart of decision-making. As an innovative civic platform, it showcases how digital tools and community engagement can drive efficient and accountable local governance. The initiative integrates government departments, local self-governments, and citizens, promoting collaboration in service delivery. By focusing on key sectors like health, education, tourism, and infrastructure, it ensures transparency, effective service delivery, and community engagement. Through programs such as Edu Mission, Health Initiatives, Cradle, Enabling Kozhikode, Uyiram Onnichu, Enterprise Kozhikode, Happy Hill, Oppam, and Tourism, the platform fosters a vibrant and inclusive district, upholding the democratic principle of "of, for, and by the people."
