"Unveiling the Legacy: An Exhibition on the Life and Philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi"
Overview:
The Gandhi Yaan exhibition, conducted under the leadership of District Collector Dr. N. Tej Lohit Reddy IAS, was organised at the Collectorate, Kozhikode, on 2nd October 2021 to mark the Gandhi Jayanthi celebrations. Formally inaugurated by Hon. Minister Shri P.A. Muhammad Riyas (Minister for Public Works & Tourism), the exhibition was organised with the support of the Gandhi Peace Foundation. It sought to provide a visual and educational journey through the life of Mahatma Gandhi. The initiative aimed to inspire citizens, particularly students and youth by highlighting Gandhian values of truth (Satyagraha), non-violence (Ahimsa), and self-reliance (Swadeshi), reaffirming their relevance in contemporary society.
