The campaign focused on improving legal literacy and was initiated during the period of District Collector Tej Lohit Reddy IAS. The primary goal was to make citizens more responsible and conscious of laws connected to everyday life, especially traffic regulations, by presenting crucial information in a simple and memorable format.
