"Building Helpline Literacy for Safer Communities"

The campaign focused on linking specific social issues with the correct helpline numbers in a memorable and easy-to-use way and was initiated during the period of District Collector Snehil Kumar Singh IAS. Its overall aim was to raise awareness, promote responsible reporting, and ensure citizens knew where to turn in times of need.

  • “Mithra for Her Safety” – Promoted the Mithra Women Helpline (181) as a reliable friend in distress.

  • “Save Childhood – Call 1098” – Emotional appeal for child protection, spotlighting Childline 1098.

  • “Don’t Click the Trap” – Educated citizens on phishing, OTP fraud, and online scams, directing them to the Cyber Crime Helpline (1930).
